What are some techniques for makeup and hair that will be simaler to the Texas style look in Dallas Cowboys?

I ve been watching that show the search for dallas Cowboys Cheerleader and I love their makeup and hair. I like the matte glamorous look. I want to define my eyes. Are they all weraing fake eyelashes and rolling their hair to get that look? I have a 10 year highschool reunion coming.What are some techniques for makeup and hair that will be simaler to the Texas style look in Dallas Cowboys?
their look is ok but u should be original and come up with something like try a lot of hair styles and see which one u like best ... and for make up to define ur eyes.. use a very dark eye liner
