I'm talking about a spectacular makeup artist...I have had my makeup done many times by makeup counters (MAC included) and other artists and it did not look good. I am looking for someone that has had a ton of experience in makeup and hair.Does anyone know of an amazing makeup and hair artist that does weddings and stays on-site?
