These magazines always run articles on health and beauty and give a lot of tips on all the stuff you're asking about. Their websites have a lot of the same stuff. How-to articles and videos and whatnot.

use two coats of polish and let it dry well in between coats
go to the websites for the products that you use
never match your eye shadow with your shirt or outfit and for nail i would say do french tips because then you dont have to worry about matching colors
