ive been trying to for a while , but i dont want to look over scene
i just want to have kind of scene hair and makeup,
and a mix of preppy and scene clothes
can somone help me on how i can style my hair, do my makeup, and dress?

Mmmkay,
So just like have a lighter color hair. Get some side swept bangs, but don't have them cover your eye. Tease the side of the hair. You can highlights, but just get the tips. Don't wear a lot of makeup. You can wear foundation (powder;e.l.f cosmetics) a very light color lip gloss. I usually wear skinny jeans with like an Abercrombie knit. Its kinda what you are looking for. Don't just wear all these dark; depressing colors. Bright is cute. Especially with totes.

Hey! Hopefully I can help you out! I don't know alot about preppy/scene style but I do know a little bit. I think it's a cool style because it's not just all scene or all prep, it's a fun mix of the two and it can look really cute and fun.

To have the scene part of your look start off with your hair. The hair is a big part in looking scene. Scene hair is mostly choppy layers, side bangs, and teased. For hair color either bleach blonde or black. But you hair can be any color really, and for sure add some fun highlights and streaks in crazy colors. Also you could try some extensions too for really long hair. Straightening is a must, so invest in a good straightener like a chi so you dont damage your hair. And make sure you know how to take care of it properly so you dont fry your hair.

Also, get lots of cute hair acessories like bows and headbands, and cool hair pins etc. You can find lots of cute one at hot topic, claires etc.
Another big part of the scene look is make-up. Since you dont want to be all scene just go with black liner all around your eyes and long lashes. Make your eyes stand out.
And sometimes wear really bright eyeshadow. And go for pink checks and clear lipgloss. The main focus should be your eyes. Check out mac for good make-up.
Skinny jeans are a must. Get them in every color like white, grey, light blue, dark blue, black grey etc.
Now for the preppy part. Wear knit tops from hollister and abercrombie%26amp;fitch. Pick stuff in solid colors like this-

Hair in loose waves with an original polo in a vibrant color like a purple with skinny jeans and some form of keds, vans, or converse sneakers.
Easy on the makeup some simple nide eye shadow with natrual-ish eyeliner and some plain chapstick and a little bit of rosy blush.
For your make up do a natural look or something, and is you want to add a little bit of edgyness to it, just add a littlebit of brown(and for the lips do a cute light pink). And for the cloths just wear some casual jeans and a hollister or abercrombie and fitch shirt! And mabey some cute flats or something....
And for the hair thing, you could do some cute layers or have a little bit of a curl or soemting....:P

well hair could be normal long layers+side bangs to your right.
then use eyeliner but not too much..add some dark navy blue eyeshadow, mascara and thats it =]
I would say keep the hair, the thick eyeliner and pale face with thick blush. Then just buy clothes from abercrombie or hollister and carry a designer bag like coach

2)Flat Iron it straight patred too the side
3)Wear Juicy Couture perfume
4)Shop at Wet Seal,Target,Deb,Wal-mart,Dots,FashionBug鈥?for any cheap clothes!! That is if they are preppy=)
