How do you install use downloaded clothes, makeup, and hair for The Sims 2?

I know how to use downloaded game objects, I just can't figure out how to make the other stuff work.How do you install use downloaded clothes, makeup, and hair for The Sims 2?
you can also download thesimfilemaid. when you download that all you have to do is open the program and move the zip files into the program field. the clothes and genetics should be in the create a sim area. when you make a sim it should be there. i dont see why it would not. also your downloads folder should just be named ';downloads'; nothing else. also make sure that their are no sub folders in your downloads folder, you can't make a ';hair'; folder, a ';clothing'; folder. need more help email me at amanda@codenamelydia.comHow do you install use downloaded clothes, makeup, and hair for The Sims 2?
