What are random hair/makeup habits you've adapted over the years?

Also perfect skin tips. Say all 3 please and the most of all 3 wins 10 points!!!!What are random hair/makeup habits you've adapted over the years?
    1. Hair- Wash hair in morning, get out, put in towel, go back to sleep. Let it dry so after an hour it will be more laid back and relaxed.

    2. Put darkest foundation first and then the light one over it. After that, do eye makeup.

    3. Before I had put any makeup on, a CRUCIAL tip for perfect skin is putting moisturizer on and any other acne treatment before real makeup.

p.s.- Don't put too much makeup and find makeup that lets skin breath and is careful for skin. What are random hair/makeup habits you've adapted over the years?
Haha this is a good question. Well, hair habits, this sounds silly but I walk around with a AUSSIE 3 MINUTE MIRACLE conditioner in my bag, and when I feel my hair becoming the slightest bit frizzy I apply a teen tiny amount on my hands and run it through my hair. Also I wash my hair with HOTTTT water and after that I was down with cold water.. To close the hair particles. Makeup habits, ALLWAYS apply a good moisturizer before applying any makeup. BODY SHOP do good ones :) I put on 20% more makeup than usual if im going to a party/meal whatever it last longer so you don't have to keep redoing your makeup in a jammed pack toilets. I never go out without a pair of false lashes on.. Even if there not that visible. Healthy skin tips: I put on an organic face every sunday morning, eat healthy stuff thats oily will make you have oily skin, try to exfoliate every morning/night, protein is good for your hair skin and nails, use sun screen, don't youse a bar of soap to was your face nonononon get a facial cleanser, and thats all I can think of at the moment.

hope this has helped with your question! try and answer mine :) xxxx
    Hair:

    (i have naturally curly hair)

-to make your hair wavy, don't scrunch, use curl enhancing spray, and let dry naturally

-to create bouncy curls, apply mousse and leave-in conditioner, and don't towel-dry or anything. let it dry completely naturally.

-to make spirals, put in mousse and curl-enhancing spray before blow-drying with your head flipped upside-down, scrunching with your hands

-to make beachy-curls (like the celebrities) twist hair away from face and pin, sleep on it, remove the pins in the morning, and shake out the curls.

-for shiny hair after straghtening, don't blow dry. towel dry hair, put in straightening serum, and let it dry naturally. it may take longer to straighten, but your hair will look naturally straight, and not dry

    makeup:

-use a sponge applicator for foundation, and dampen the sponge before using it. it makes the foundation settle better

-mix blush with powder foundation. it will look like your actually blushing

-focus on one part of your face, if you do red lips, don't do black eyeliner. if you do rosy cheeks, don't wear lots of eyeshadow.

    skin:

-remove all makeup before bedtime, and wash out hair product. the residue from them get on your pillow and cause acne

-use moisturizer, even if you have oily skin. oil does not keep your face hydrated!! look for moisturizer FOR oily skin, marykay has some

-if you have dry skin, use exfoliating wash

-masks that say they clear pimples over night DO NOT WORK

-don't pop pimples, it causes scarring, redness, and longer healing time

-if you use serious cleansers like proactive or clearasil, only use them once a day if your acne isnt serious. they dry out skin easier
Make sure you don't forget to fix your eyebrows. Too thick/too thin can ruin a look.

80's hair should NEVER be brought back.

If you part your hair on the opposite side of it's natural part, it will add volume.

Trimming you hair does ';make it grow faster'; because it keeps it from breaking off, therefore it's healthier and you don't have to cut a lot off each time.

You can use darker powder at your hairline to help make a high forehead look shorter.

Play up the eyes or the lips, not both.

Wash your face night and morning, and use toner and moisturizer.

Wearing makeup overnight ages your skin, and in the long run, it can add a significant amount of wrinkles.
Hair~ Wash every alternate day to keep hair not too greasy, i love tying my hair in different styles- to the side, french ponytail, normal ponytail, 2 pigtails, bun, messy bun etc..

Makeup~ Put lipgloss, mascara, a tad of eyeliner and blush for a party, other than that, just a light lipgloss or eyeshadow that compliments your outfit and eye colour

Skin~ have a healthy diet, drink alot of water to keep skin smooth
Hair: Wash every other day, not every day. This helps keep it less greasy.

Make up: Only wear on special occassions to keep skin healthy.

Skin: Drink lots of water to keep wrinkles away

How to protect my hair/makeup from humidity?

I work in a restaurant and so the heat and humidity in the place from the cook line and the dish line combined makes my hair freak out. By the end of my shift I look like a chia pet. when you find the answer. go on the news and tell the world !

What are just random hair/makeup tips you've adapted over the years?

    I'm just wondering...

Please say both hair and makeup. Easy 10 points for the most tips and advice and habits you have! What are just random hair/makeup tips you've adapted over the years?
    hair:

-always use a split end protector like the herbal essences long term relationship one, i love it now :)

-always carry a hairbrush in your bag, especially on windy days

-always have a few hairties on your wrist

-when your hair is uncontrollably frizzy, put it in a bun and use MAX hold hair spray. although it makes it crusty, it keeps it tamed :D

-never use a straightener on wet hair, it produces more frizz and flyaway hairs. even the ones made for wet hair, although they may straighten, they make your hair all over the place

-use a deep conditioning treatment every week if you use a lot of heat styling products

    makeup:

-use a bit of white eyeliner on the inner corner of your eye to make you seem more awake

-to cover up scars and acne, use a green concealer then a regular skin toned concealer

-use chapstick, then lip gloss to make it last longer and keep your lips moisturized more

-to blend in powder and all makeup so you don't look like a porcelain doll, use a dime sized amount of lotion on your entire face- i was amazed it didn't mess it up but made it better!

-when applying eyeshadow, start dark at the bottom and then highlight the top all the way to under your eyebrows.

-use biore nose strips about twice a week to clean out your pores- it feels so nice afterwards :)What are just random hair/makeup tips you've adapted over the years?
    Here's a few of mine:

For fuller lips: Poke your lips out while applying lip gloss. And make an oval shape after that.(apply two coats of lip gloss)

For fluffier soft hair: Have a blow dryer with these button options: Cool, Turbo, Hot. Now blow dry your damp hair upside-down moving your blow dryer back and forth at the tips of your dangling hair fast. To cool it off, use Cool button.

For basically perfect eyeliner make the sharpened tip just barley touching your eye, while the rest of it is rubbing against the part of skin where it's supposed to go.

For nice colored nails ALWAYS apply two coats.

For blonde's in the summer when you go swimming... put lemon juice in your hair while tanning for great color!

For curly natural-looking eyelashes apply petroleum jelly on the before you go to sleep. Looks great in the AM.

For better holding eyeshadow put on petroleum jelly or chap stick on before you apply it.

For a brand new look: try a high-pony tail.

For lip gloss that stays on dry but glossy all day: apply lip gloss, then get napkin and tap lips on it till' they are dry.

For coloring or highlighting hair: red, it does not stay in as long as it would in winter...it will fade.

For a great facial, i use either a toothpaste facial or a honey facial, they both leave skin smooth.

For perfect balance of face powder smooth over these parts of the face: cheeks, chin, nose, forehead.

For natural colored face powder smooth LIGHT color over face then pat a TANNED color on.

That's most of them for now that I can remember! Hope this answers your question! ~Gina
    practice makes perfect.

a little goes a long way.

start with a small amount (of whatever makeup your useing) and gradually add more.

when getting eyeshadow with your brush make sure to shake the excesss before applying

    curl lashes before mascarra

always use a heat protector if using any kind of heat on your hair

apply shampoo to yourt roots and conditioner to your ends

its good tyo use a leave in conditioner

brush your hair in the shower after apply shampoo and conditioner and your hair will be even softer and silkier feeling

never go cheap with hair productsgirl i have more but i wnat to answer other questions hope i helped some
I have learned that bathing the night before. I use some leave in hair conditioner (Dove), comb thru, then with my hair pulled forward I apply curling mouse. Wrap with towel for about 20 minutes before going to bed. Then I remove the towel and wrap my damp hair up in a bun (has to be up high) and go to sleep. During the night it might come undone that is fine. Just spray with Garnier Frutis the gel spray (I love it!!!) It give your hair a shiny wet look and freshens your curly-waves. Takes just minutes to spray and style. I take more time doing my make up than my hair..
well i personally hate when eyeshadow gets clumped on so instead of using the usual brush it comes with i use like a tiny blush brush and use it instead.

for eyeliner- sometimes i use a tiny little brush, stick it in mascara and spread it. it looks the same if u do it the right way

for shiny hair- i wash it and then be4 im done i rinse with cold water

    %26lt;3libby
    -LESS IS MORE.

    thats true with almost anything.

-never use a darker foundation in hopes of making you look tanner. it never works and you end up looking stupid.

-always use a very LIGHT coat of hairspray. never to the point where it looks and feels hard. looks VERYY bad.

-use the right shampoo for your type of hair. seriously. it works.

-only apply blush to your cheekbones.never below or above....

-use a lip balm or cream everyday, all day. helps keep lips moisturized and not chapped. haha.

-NEVER WEAR TOO MUCH EYELINER. it looks horrible if you completely outline your eye in black.

-but sometimes you will look best without eyeliner at all.

    -mix up your hair styles.

-spend more on nice hair/makeup supplies. its worth it.

-natural is always the best. in my opinion.
    Hair;

know ur hair type and ull kno how to take care of it.

If its thick and silky use shampoo for it.

If it is more delicate and thin, dont wash it everyday, as u might tare it.

Get ur hair cut every 3 months or so. [trimmed]

    Try not to dye it.

While straightening or any other heat-related appliances; use a heat protectant.

if u hav split ends, use Leave-in conditioner.

    .omg... endless! hahaha.

Make up; It really matters on what ur going for.

BIGGEST TIP! Dont Over do it!!!

Can you tell me which widely available cosmetic brands (skincare, makeup, hair, etc) DO NOT use animal testing?

I want to use animal-safe product, but I do not know which brands are animal-friendly.

Is is true that L'Oreal still uses animal testing? Can you tell me which widely available cosmetic brands (skincare, makeup, hair, etc) DO NOT use animal testing?
    Great question!

    http://www.caringconsumer.com/pdfs/compa鈥?/a>

This site has a list of tons of products that don't do animal testing.

Thanks for looking and caring for animals.

    As for L'Oreal,

L'Oreal stopped animal testing on its entire range of cosmetic products fourteen years ago.

Last year alone, we spent over 拢lOm on funding alternatives to animal testing and have achieved some important successes, especially linked to the development of reconstructed skin models. These human skin models, developed from human skin cells by means of in vitro techniques, are used to obtain a better understanding of the biological mechanisms of skin and to evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of our products.

For twenty years we have supported both UK and international research organisations in the search for alternative safety testing methods. Moreover, we have also co-operated with our competitors in this common objective. Can you tell me which widely available cosmetic brands (skincare, makeup, hair, etc) DO NOT use animal testing?
    Laura Mercier for sure.

Most products in drug stores tests on animals. Thats why i dont really shop in there and only at department stores. Check on the back and if it says ';not tested on animals'' than obviously its not tested. =] Report Abuse

Here's the thing: Many big brands that have developed only in the last 20 years or so (Bath %26amp; Body Shop is an example) make that claim. But older companies such as Revlon, Clairol, Max Factor, etc. were around in the 50's and 60's when animal testing was normal and expected for safety reasons - too many new chemicals! So even if they no longer do animal testing, they are unable to make that claim. And the new companies that use the same ingredients that the older companies did all the groundwork testing on, they get away with making that claim. Or they say ';Finished product is not tested on animals.'; I'm just saying that these newer companies aren't virtuous. They just didn't do all the dirty work that the older companies had to do to determine which chemicals were safe for human contact.
    http://www.uncaged.co.uk/crueltyfree.htm

Wait, L'Oreal does. And it now owns the body shop, so...
L'oreal i'm not that sure about. Dove doesnt't use animal stesting nor does E45, but that's all i know of.

    Hope i've helped.

This page has lists of companies that do and do not test. Fortunately, the list of those that don't test is extensive!
    wher do you live?

quite good for sensitive skin too
    dont know
    Physicians Formula

Its really good thats what i use because i have sensitive skin.
    GLO MINERELS
Urban Decay does not test on animals and their brushes are animal-friendly (they don't use animal hair). They also have a wide range of products that are ';vegan,'; containing no animal products.

In addition to not testing on animals, they affirm that none of their suppliers have tested raw materials on animals, which is probably much more important. 100% cruelty free throughout the production of their cosmetics.

They have *the* best eye shadows, to boot!
Clinique is the only one i've found, and they are the best for my skin which is very sensitive.

They are pricey.. but if you can afford it, they are well worth it.
Good Luck...the girl above is right P.F.does not test on animals
Not sure which ones - I remember Avon saying they would stop using animal tested products. But can't say for sure.
mineral makeup u can find at ULTA

What kinds of clothes, hair, makeup, shoes, etc. are ';in style'; right now?
Well, I am not sure what the other answers will say! But if you want to know about pre-teens and teens I can tell you how my friends and I dress at my school. I am in 7th grade (second year of middle school). I wear lots and lots of aeropostale. Some Hollister too. Nothing really dressy-just casual. I wear flip-flops, Nike Shox, potatoe shoes or birkenstocks, sperrys, flats, sometimes converse, but mostly flip flops right now. I usually shop at Aeropostale, Victorias Secret, sometimes American Eagle but its usually too big, Hollister and shoe stores. On a normal day at school I wear jeans and an Aeropostale or Hollister shirt with a jacket and flip flops. Sometimes bermuda shorts, or plaid bermuda shorts. Almost all of my friends shop at the same stores and wear the same stuff as me. I wear a necklace with a heart with a peace sign in it everyday and a bracelet I braided out of yarn in church camp. I wear my hair straightened and down everyday except every once in a while I will put it up in a messy bun. The only make up I wear is eyeliner. I really hope that this helps you and if you need more info just say so!
black black black, newgoth. a lot of jewlery and dark make up.

Tease your hair so it's all volumed and wear a really bright eyeliner or eyshadow that will look bright and stuff. Also paint your nails a really bright colour that will look bold.

    Hair;

know ur hair type and ull kno how to take care of it.

Body Shop. Check individual company websites for info, or email them.
I'm not a woman but I do know the Bare Escentuals they do not test on any animals. Also, its made from minerals, nothing from animals, so its safe for vegetarians.
The co-operative don't and they have some really good supermarket own type products that are good value for money as well.
    Lush.

AMAZING... hair, body, face, bath... lovely stuff. I'm not Veg*n either, but their stuff is great, no animal testing, and over 75% of their products are vegan.
for hair and skin, J/A/S/O/N doesn't test on animals, neither do Tom's of Maine (they do things like toothpaste, mouthwash, deoderant) Simply Basics does lotion, body wash and body scrub, Body and Earth Spa does body scrub

    for makeup - E.L.F doesn't test on animals www.eyeslipsface.com

www.naturalnirvana.com has a lot of vegan makeup, which does not use animal testing

Good Luck =) well done with avoiding animal tested products!!
Burts Bees line of cosmetics are all natural and not tested on animals. I love everything they make.
The Body Shoppe does not test...they have a whole line of makeup, lotions, shower gels, shampoos, etc.
Theres nothing wrong with animal testing. Its there to protect you.

What kinds of hair/makeup styles should be popular this coming season?

I want to kind of spruce up my style when school starts. I don't really want to do anything majorly different, but just something that could set me apart from the crowd. Any ideas? What kinds of hair/makeup styles should be popular this coming season?
maybe u should think about highlights. also, the color purple is great for fall. waves are cute in hair, and straight with good volume looks amazing on anyone.....when it comes to being different..try defining your eyes when u put makeup on, more than most ppl do but not too dark

hope i helped=]What kinds of hair/makeup styles should be popular this coming season?
? but plz answer my questions
Well, soft waves are in style for the hair. This is actually really fashionable right now.

For makeup, it is the cat eye, and smudged eyeliner halfway up the eyelid. But in general, eye liner is very popular for this season!

    Hope this helps!

brown hair with dark blonde highlights(natural)

my hair ends right above my breasts

Do you enjoy makeup? I had a skin problem before but afetr I have changed to this product my skin become better. I recommend you this product. you can get it for free too. You can get more info at http://bit.ly/BFAmvWhat makeup/hair cut would look good one me?
get your hair in layers that frame your face and make it look thinner..tell a hairstylist and they'll know what you mean...

for dark circles, put cold tea bags over your eyes..the caffeine in them makes the dark circles go away..but if you need a quick methond, try this concealer called Erase-Paste from Benefit at sephora.com..

it works great! or just browse the website to find something that works for you...if it's too pricy, go to the store and buy a concealer that has a yellowish tint, this will mask the blue/purple color of the circles...you can also find great makeup idead on the website, but dont take the looks too literally,it's the idea of the colors they use together...

What are some good makeup/hair tips? HELP NEEDED ?

I have a performance on tomorrow and need some tips on applying mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow and foundation.

Also i have to wear my hair down, and it is naturally straight, has a side fringe and is medium length. I need some suggestions on how i should make it look really good.

Thanks :DWhat are some good makeup/hair tips? HELP NEEDED ?
Analyze your skin to see what type of skin you have: oily, combination, normal, dry, etc. Many cosmetic counters have someone there that can do a preliminary analysis of your skin, and recommend some products. If you are on a budget, see what the professional at the cosmetic counter recommends, then go to your local drug store and find a similar product for way less money!

Start with a freshly-washed face (and hands, too). Get a facial, or do one yourself. You want your face to be a clear and smooth canvas for you, the ';artist,'; to do your art. Use a good deep-cleansing mask. Do not exfoliate if you have oily or sensitive skin. It will spread bacteria around your face from the already existing blemishes. Use antibacterial soap if you have acne. Also be sure that you replace the towel you use to dry your face every week. Lastly, apply toner by taking a cotton pad that has been dampened in warm water and sweep it over your face. Toner will restore the pH level of your skin and pick up any remaining dirt.

Massage a light moisturizer into your face no matter what type skin you have, avoiding the eye area! This will help oily skin dry, and dry skin become smoother. Wait a few minutes for it to soak into your skin. After letting it sit for a while, rinse face with warm water, and pat dry.

Apply a sheer foundation that matches your skin tone.

To find the right one, go to the makeup counter at a local department store and have the artist there help you.

Wear illuminator to make your skin appear youthful and dewy compared with dull, matte makeup. Skin illuminators come in powder, cream, mousse, etc. L'Or茅al, Revlon, Neutrogena, and other brands make them - it's like make up with tiny particles that reflect light.

Use a makeup sponge or wedge, starting around the hairline and working your way down. (Use the wedge for this routine because you can be more precise about where the make up goes.) If you want a proper look that looks as if it has been done by a professional makeup artist, try using a foundation brush.

Remember to apply the makeup all the way down to your throat area and keep blending so you can't see where the make up ends. Nothing is worse than looking like you have a mask on your face!

Around the eye area, do very light strokes inward, toward the inner corner of your eye. Don't apply it to your upper eyelid! All of the professional makeup artists say not to apply foundation to this area. This is why you need a foundation that matches your skin. If you want foundation to darken your skin then try putting it above your eyes, and see what you like. Be gentle with this part, because the skin is very delicate and sensitive here.

Remember to blend all the makeup into your hairline. (but not so that your hair is another color!)

Apply concealer to any red or discolored spots. In the corners of your eyes, where it's blue, and around the nostrils are good places for this. Do this after applying foundation, so you don't use too much (many makeup artists do this the other way around). First apply the concealer, then pat very lightly with your finger to blend. Only apply concealer to the area that you want to conceal. Afterwards, use the wedge to blend the concealer in with the foundation. Stand back away from your mirror to see if you have effectively concealed the areas. Try to stand about the distance away from the mirror that you stand away from people when you talk to them. Another way to conceal blemishes is to pat green concealer on the blemishes and red spots, then put foundation over top (the green reduces redness).

Apply a loose powder all over the face using a powder brush. Pat it into the powder; then, with a paper towel, tap the brush so the excess falls off the brush. Lightly brush across the whole face. Use a powder puff (small) to apply powder on the upper lid. Apply a bronzer to your forehead, cheeks, and chin, to give a sun-kissed look,if wanted.#If you don't have much cheekbones you can contour your face, to do so you will need a brown tone of powder, don't make it ultra brown, but a milk-chocolatey kind of color. Apply a it on the brush and apply it under your cheek bones, starting from the temple and going down until underneath the apple of your cheek. Don't make it too abvious as it's meant to look like a shadow, and voila! You have cheek bones!

Highlight your brow bone and cheek bones by applying a light powder just below the brow, and to the highest part of your cheek.

Apply a small amount of blush to the apples of your cheeks. Smile so you can see the apple of your cheek. Start the application at the apple and drag the blush outward toward your temple, following your cheek bone. Blend the color down a bit below your cheekbone in towards your earlobe.

If you added too much color to the brush, use the clear side of your wedge to blend it in more until the color is faded out a bit. Your cheeks should have a hint of color. You don't want to look like a clowWhat are some good makeup/hair tips? HELP NEEDED ?
mascara: use one that enhances your lashes, depending on what you need - lengthening for short lashes, volumizing for sparse lashes, curling for straight lashes.

eyeliner: blue bring outs the whites of your eyes, black defines and dark brown defines too but gives a softer look.

what kind of performance are you having? try pulling your hair back into a bun or braiding it.
If you are on stage then try some glitter eyeliner :D

There are many websites with pages of makeup tips and hairdo's.

    Here are some: http://www.free-beauty-tips.com/

    http://www.freebeautytips.org/

    http://www.becomegorgeous.com/

Check out video sites like youtube for tutorials :D

    Hope this helps :Dxx
    for make up watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWIk5c7jR鈥?/a>

for hair I think you should just leave it like it is :)
go to youtube.com, they have plenty of makeup tutorials just type in 'makeup turtorials.'
Depending on which eye colour you have, eye shadow should be easy to apply. Grey, violet, and purple suit blue eyes, brown, apricot, purple, and plum for green eyes and copper, bronze, coffee, champagne (soft pink) brown beige, and khaki green suit brown eyes.

If you really want dramatic eyes, then get a soft brush and sweep the darker shade on the outer corners of your eyes, and the lighter shade in the inner corner, also if you have a shimmery white or pale pink, sweep that in the very inner corner of your eye, and gently on to the bottom lashes as well. A sweep of eyeliner with a subtle cat eye flick will add femininity.

I would invest in some eyelash curlers, they are cheap and make lashes extra curly. Blast them with a hair dryer to heat them up and curl for about 5-10 seconds. Apply mascara by wiggling the brush right at the base of your lashes, wiggling the wand all the way up. Then, whilst the brush is about half way done, shut your eyes tightly, this will add some extra volume. (This can be tricky depending on your mascara, keep a baby wipe or makeup remover wipe on hand in case it gets near your brows.)

Make sure skin is properly moisturized before applying foundation, you don't want it to get flaky. Also if your quite a pale girl, go for a pale foundation. Orange is a no go. You only need one or two layers of foundation, and make sure it's properly blended in with; Your eyebrows, jaw line and forehead. If you have any mineral foundation or compressed powder, brush a little bit on top of the foundation in circular motions to acheive a matt finish.

With your hair, wash it tonight, because hair that is freshly washed is harder to style. If you don't have straightners, you can also pretty much straighten your hair with a big roller brush. Section your hair after washing, and brushing up a section of hair when wet, you can achieve a straight finish by angling the hair dryer so its blowing heat downwards on your hair.

You can also look up some tutoirals on youtube!

    Hope I was some help.

Why are most Hollywood Makeup/Hair Artists guys are Gay, and so excellent at what they do?

It's been that way for a long time. 'America's Next Top Model' is a prime example. Why are most Hollywood Makeup/Hair Artists guys are Gay, and so excellent at what they do?
Why do you think they are excellent? painting women up to look absurd and grotesque is not excellence. Why are most Hollywood Makeup/Hair Artists guys are Gay, and so excellent at what they do?
Why do you think women need pinky brown triangles on their cheeks bright red glossy lips and black lines on and around their eyes? who said big clumpy black eyelashes look better than normal eyelashes? Clearly its you who have a problem with the way women look Report Abuse

PROFESSIONALS TEND TO BE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, IN ACTUALITY WOMEN ARE MORE SENSITIVE TO SHADES OF COLOR THAN MEN ARE.

YOU MIGHT FIND GAYS HAVE A TENDENCY OF HOOKING EACH OTHER UP WITH THINGS LIKE JOBS, PLACES TO LIVE, WHATEVER THERE BUDDY NEEDS.

I DON'T THINK THEM BEING GAY HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEIR ABILITY TO PUT ON MAKEUP.

OH, I THINK YOU MEAN FLAMER, FEMS. OH WHATEVER THERE CALLED THE NON MASCULINE VERSION OF THE HOMOSEXUAL MALES. OFTEN THEY HAVE SPENT THERE LIVES DEVELOPING NON MASCULINE TRAITS, SO THINGS LIKE DRAWING THEY OFTEN HAVE DONE A LOT OF AND MAYBE HAVE BECOME GOOD AT IT.

    Hair,

    I would say,

    Currllyyy! (:

    http://i570.photobucket.com/albums/ss150鈥?/a>

    For makeup,

    no wings, or extra designs.

%26amp; either light brown or gold eye shadow.

    And shoes,

just some black or yellow flats,

    or beige. (:
Wear a cute Knee Length summer dress, with some flip flops. start at the top of your head and seperate as if you were going to put that portion in a half pony and back comb underneath using aersol hair spray, take more hair and back comb it, your hair should look really puffy very lightly comb your hair the way you want it to look then put your hair up into a half pony tail hair spray the pony tail and back comb it aswell. as for make up if your wearing eyeliner wear black or purple, lots of mascara and bronzer as a blush is a Must! you'll look hawt!!!

you should go to some store like forever 21 or any store you think has cute little sun dresses. then maybe a golden eyeliner that really brings out the brown and brightens up your eye. for hair maybe beachy waves, or maybe braids, but that might be a little childish. also for makeup some yellow eyeshadow, its cute and summery. nothing dark though excluding black eyeliner. hope this helped some ideas for dresses are.

    http://www.forever21.com/category.asp?ca鈥?/a>

    and hair

    http://weddingdetail.files.wordpress.com鈥?/a>

or just braid your bangs to the side and sraighten your hair

    hope i helped! :)
summer party..i don't know whts your style but i would wear this:

a striped hollister bathing suit with matching flip flops

then i would a day dress. something orange or yellow. or something that matches the bathing suit straps.then i would have some sunglasses. i would tie m y hair up bc it's goignt o get hot and wet. but in a loose ponytail with side bangs out. then i would just put eyeliner mascara and lipgloss. that's it. and matching nailpolish.
For your outfit. Wear a cute, a bit above your knees, yellow and/or white sundress. Match it with cute flats or sandals, maybe even gladiators! Then wear a bracelet and necklace. For your hair, get a product like spray wax: http://www.paulmitchell.com/Products/Pau鈥?/a>

    or styling glaze: http://www.paulmitchell.com/Products/Pau鈥?/a>

And then scrunch your hair with your hair to makes cute cute waves. Then wear eyeliner on your waterline, eyeshadow, maybe mascara, blush, and lip gloss. If you want to use concealer and all, use it. Hope this helps!
i'd wear a cute grey top, dark washed skinny jeans, and silver pumps. for hair, i'd wear it curly but keep my bangs straight (obviously lol) then i would wear a headband that matches. for make up, i'd keep it simple with just white eyeshadow and black eyeliner to create a cat eye. mascara as well of course, a bubble gum pink lip gloss, and for cheeks, a subtle pink glow. hope i helped :)
what kind of party is it? see what your friends are wearing. maybe a long tank top with skinny jeans or tight shirt with short shorts. hair.. it's summer so it's hot!! try to be a little wave in it to get that natural summeryy look. maybe find a flower off a lay or from a flower garden and stick it in your hair.make up.. to much will melt off, not enough will be casual. browns and creams look great with brown eyes. go light on eye liner because it does melt. [: have fun!
Hair: down maybe a bit curly

Make up: Something light like mascara, clear fruity lip gloss a bit of blush ( don't go over bored )

i would wear cute shorts and your favorite short sleeve shirt or a tank. or maybe a really cute sun dress with flip flops for both.. and summer parties you should wear light make up foundation and mascara and maybe a little blush not too much hair should be half up and straightened.. hope i helped!
i would definitely wear a dark was abercrombie skirt and a yellow tank top. also try getting a long silver necklace and some rainbow flip flops. that would look cute:)

oh and wear your makeup completley natural. mascara and a teeny bit of eyeliner.
If it's a casual party than wear a cute, hot pink, sundress that flows but is not long. Put your hair in a ponytail and then flip it upwards and clip it there. :)

u sud probly curl it and wear kind of an eathy tune or gold really sames like that wud go also and wear sumthing cool liky shorts and a tank or sumthing like that
I would wear a peach-ish dress with your hair up in a bun bangs down light shade of pink lipstick light pink blush
A pretty dark maroon dress would look good with your hair, try roxy maybe.
I would wear a yellow dress with your hair down.
    Wear a slutty maid outfit.
Wear a short black party dress with heels...if you do, the makeup won't matter...

I'm thinking about doing a science expo project this year, but I can't come up with a good topic. I want to do something relating to make-up, hair products, etc. and their effects on humans/ their developement due to toxic ingredients or something along those lines. ummm eww. this would have been an easy question but nevermind at least i get 2 points!
if your getting your makeup done you might want to wear a button up shirt (so you dont mess up your look if you want to change clothes after) just be comfortable

What are good makeup/hair ideas for a zombie girl?

I have the basics covered. I just need ideas on hair and makeup..which..i dont have covered! haa. Well, i was thinking that i could use concealer to make my face whiter, but i dont think that will work. any ideas? What are good makeup/hair ideas for a zombie girl?
You can get some white foundation, white face powder, and red eyeshadow. You put the red eye shadow only on your lower lids, encompassing your whole lower eye bags, and then, wetting your fingers slightly with water, you drag the edges of the red downwards.

I did this effect with my eyes yesterday, I was meant to be a doll, but everybody thought I was going as a zombie. So I assume this might help for starters.

    http://i41.photobucket.com/albums/e298/b鈥?/a>

It also helps brushing black eyeshadow below your cheekbones to create a hollow effect. What are good makeup/hair ideas for a zombie girl?
I'm going as a zombie girl too! I like the leaves in the hair idea. I have dark hair, so I was going to rat it out and then add some baby powder so it looks dusty/musty. I was gonna do a whitish/greenish makeup base with dark accents around the eyes and under cheekbones, kinda like the picture above (good work by the way) Of course have blood coming from your mouth, down your shirt and on any other fake wounds you might want.

    Have fun, Happy Halloween!
Yes powder your face until it looks like your so pale you could be dead. Then like, I straighten my hair EVERY day, so if I were you I would leave my hair poofy and make it stick in all different directions.
Last year I used purple eyeshadow around my eyes, and i messed up my hair and kept it in with hairspray. Then i attatched leaves to bobby pins and stuck some in my hair! It looked really cool!
put purple eyeshadow on your eye to make it look like a bruise and with a red marker make a spot and wipe off the inside it makes it look like burns and for your hair just mess it up big time!!!
well back combed hair of course. And yes concealer your face and slap on some brown stuff to make it look like mood. good luck xx
put you hair in tiny paltes and sleep on them all night!!

    really fuzzy zombie hair!!

    black charcoal eyes maybe??

big red lips to still be a wee bit sexy!!
ermmm Dark Eye liner eye shadow, takonpowder for face, ermm back come your hair, use lots of hair spray
use bright red lipstick and use a lot of really dark eye make up. hair spray your hair up so its kinda poofy and matted

I also am thinking about my hollister knit top would be cute, and my abercrombie coat, my burberry scarf, and my delia*s skinny jeans, and MAYBE my chocolate brown uggs and i could tuck my jeans in them.

But I have NO idea on make up.

Thanks! What should my makeup, hair, and clothes be when I'm going to the city today?
Thats cute. Go for neutral colors on your skin.

I hope I helped :) Best of luck and Happy Holidays! What should my makeup, hair, and clothes be when I'm going to the city today?
    On....................
i would wear earth tones. just do what you normally do. be yourself.
for makeup I would say to put on a light cover up and maybe a little bit of blush on the cheek bones and then some light brown eye shadow with a white or cream color mixed in to create a pretty golden color and some mascara no eyeliner and a light pink lip gloss that is shiney and glossy and not sparkeley. Since it is chily down there i would say the wind will hit your cheeks and make them red so not to much blush and no bronzer because it will make you look fake.

    Makeup+ Hair!!!!!?

I want to use makeup, but i can't find a good brand in my budget. I'm 13 so like i make money off of Babbysiting. So what are good, but cheaper brands?

Also, what are some good shampoo and conditioners? I'm trying to find a new one, right now i just use Dove, but i'm getting sick of it.Makeup+ Hair!!!!!?
The best thing to do is to look in sale ads and wait for brands to go on sale. Garnier Fructus (the green bottle) works great and they have different formulas for different hair types and it is generally affordable and has sales a lot. For make-up, Covergirl, Maybelline, and Revlon are good brands and you should just wait for some buy one get one sales or something.

What have you tried already that you don't like?

Wet %26amp; Wild is very cheap, but it depends on what makeup for the quality...their eye and lip liners work fine and are only $1-$2

  • Makeup????hair???

how much make up should girls wear ?? i wear eyshadow and mascarea is that too much??? ohh also need hair cut tips???Makeup????hair???
the amount of makeup you wear depends on you, your features, and where you are going. i would reccommend first looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing which part of your face you would like to accentuate and then use makeup to do so. remember, would you rather people looking at you and seeing how pretty you are, or looking at the lashings of makeup you are wearing? try to only use makeup to create natural looking glamour and only using un-natural coloured eyeshadows like greens and purples for going out at night time.Makeup????hair???
if u have dark eyelashes, no mascara is needed and if your lips are already red, no lipstick. the only makeup you should use is coverup.
No thats not too much...I mean makeup is realy personal preference.
it depends on how old you are but it sounds like the right amount. Also for hair ideas go with a short layered look w/ side bangs

Ease up on the eye make up.Makeup %26amp;%26amp; hair?
well not for sure but in my expirience guys like makeup that looks like its not there. I wear mascara and sometimes like a gold eyeshadow. as for the hair if its black than you shouldn't tease it. acctualy i think the same thing goes for hair. if you have curly hair put moose in it when its wet. if its srait then just leave it the way it is. maybe get some side bangs. and ask your friends what they think. most important if you like yourselfe the way you are then just stay the way you are.

I'm mixed, my skin color is like Halle Berry. (golden undertones) %26amp; I have brown eyes. Need any more info tell me..

Whats a good all over color for my hair? And what makeup colors would look good on me?

    Thanks!Makeup %26amp; hair?
Ok I think that you shouldn't go blonde at all as it will look unnatural. Maybe you should try dark brown with some golden brown/caramel type colours as highlights. You may want to go darker though, or have some red put in. Ask your hairdresser what complements you skin tone best. If you are a bit strapped for cash then try dying your hair darkish brown and buy a highlighting kit, be careful as you my need to bleach a little to get the lighter highlights.

For makeup I don't know about your eye colours, but you could try a shimmery bronze eyeshadow or maybe smoky eyeshadow would look good on you. Try some grey eyeshadow on your eyelid and on your crease (the bit between your eyelid and browbone) try a dark grey. Just underneath your eyebrow apply a teeny bit of white eyeshadow to act as a highlighter and open up your eyes.

I doubt that you need bronzer so you're lucky in that respect. Keep it simple for day, try a little foundation if you need it, a slightly darker nude lipgloss with a hint of brown, some neutral eyeshadow, mascara in black and some pencil eyeliner in dark brown or black or you could try some liquid eyeliner on your top lid on your lash line.

    Good luck :).Makeup %26amp; hair?
SHAVE YOUR HEAD AND WEAR REALLY BIG GLASSES

TO COVER YOUR FACE , THAT WOULD BE A GOOD LOOK FOR YOU.
try black with gold highlights. for the hair. for makeup, try either gold eyeshadow or bronze eyeshadow or white eyeshadow. gold would look best. also try bronze or black eyeliner, and black mascara. a neutral brown red blush would look good, with red lipstick or clear lipgloss
Wow, mixed skin is the best. I think brown tones will suit u the best (for the hair). And again earth tones wil luk natural with ur face for the make up thingy. Try a dark pink blush or a dark brown blush if u like. Your eyes will be enhanced by golden eye shodow mixed with brown. Il reccomend Rimmel's Shiny-licious for the gloss, or Maybelline's new shimmery glosses. There u have it, hope this works. Good Luck.

Guys! do you care if a girl is wearing alot of makeup? or is it a turnoff?

A cake face is a turn-off. However I have learned that make-up is a basically a women's esteem. Without it they don't have much esteem. Of course that's stereotyping and I think you look just fine without it.Guys! do you care if a girl is wearing alot of makeup? or is it a turnoff?
    Very light make-up is fine.

75% of the time, make-up is a turn off though, especially if she's got that cake face goin'.

I would guess your answer to this are going to be all across the board, though. It's going to vary from guy to guy... I think.Guys! do you care if a girl is wearing alot of makeup? or is it a turnoff?
if a girl feels the need to wear makeup then she must think that she's ugly
If it's really caked on then it's disgusting. If it's something tasteful like Bare Minerals then it's fine.
its okay, but not if you wear too much... then yes its a big turn off.
    i like natural beauty
prefer natural myself not to say some do need alot of make up
    turn off,natural look is best
Turn off. My wife only occasionally wears a little lipstick, and she is beautiful because of it.
So long as the makeup is applied properly I have no problem with it.. or lack thereof!

I hardly ever wear makeup, mostly lipgloss and mascara.

I think wearing alot of makeup is cheap looking.
OK sometimes as an unexpected treat but usually no. I like to see a girls true colors shining through.
    Less makeup = more attractive.
If she's wearing *too much* makeup, it's a turnoff.

If you can notice she's wearing makeup, it's a turnoff.

If you think to yourself 'hm, she should wear some makeup', it's a turnoff.

Good luck finding the right balance, but guys usually don't care too much about it.
all guys are differnt......my opnion is that makeup is fine with me...but the more make up a girl trys to use then the more she is uncomforitable with the way she looks.
    I hope it's a turn off.

    lol jk
if you look like second runner up in a tammy fae baker look alike contest, that is a turnoff. actually most girls i know look best with no makeup, or very little.
As long as she doesn't look like a clown it's alright.

Teen girls (or guys, i don't really care) how should i do my makeup (details inside)?

okay, i'm 16, and tonight in my high school is our musical. i am supposed to be an enchantress person, but my part is kinda small. the director doesn't want us to wear too much makeup, though. oh yeah, i have brown eyes, black hair, and i'm wearing a white wedding dress type thing with blue accents, but please don't say blue eyeshadow. thanks!

    how should i do it (the makeup, okay, don't take it like *that* lol)? we have the following supplies;

    eyeliner

    lip stick

lip glossTeen girls (or guys, i don't really care) how should i do my makeup (details inside)?
i would do a light sparkly eye shadow with black eyeliner, and black mascara....

a light blush would good and a little foundation as well......

a light pink lipstick might be good too, like pearly pink, if that makes sense?...

i don't really know what you look like so i'm just trying to improvise based on what your wearing and your eye colorTeen girls (or guys, i don't really care) how should i do my makeup (details inside)?
Make your lips a little brighter, but not heavy at all. Also blush, some bronzer and mascara. Since you will be onstage eyeliner. And a brown-white eyeshadow combination. Good luck!
