Black Eyeliner and Black Mascara and light blue eye shadow mixed with a little purple would look really good on you and ur hair looks really good down too. And about the bangs i dont wanna say yes and you not like them or say no but you still really want them i think you should pick about the bangs. trust me, i know makeup! and yes side swept bangs would look awesome on you!! ok, try rich brown mascara and eyeliner and then do dark rose on the eyes, it will look perfect on you, trust me!
