Does anyone use Clinigue Acne formula makeup and skin care. I am pregnant and have started breaking out horribly. I was told to try Clinique. Does it work well? What products do you use?Clinique makeup and skin care?
Clinique is the product that my dermatologist recommended. That it is the ONLY make up line I should use. I recommend the Type 3 (oily skin) powder. It contains Salicylic Acid which will prevent outbreaks because it keeps your pores clear and clean. I wash my face with neutral soap twice a day and then put the powder on and it makes my skin look nice while actually helping it clear up.
Anything with Salicylic Acid will dry up and clean your face. A good moisturizer will help dry skin, if your skin is dry it will produce more oil and then more blocked pores and more zits. So a moisturizer is a good idea, you can try Clinique's or go to dermatological pharmacy for one. If you also use blush, you need to use Clinique's blush, because other makes brands look good but don't help keep your skin clear. Eye shadow is not a problem. Use any one you want.
Hope it helps you, it helped me!Clinique makeup and skin care?
i use clinique 3 step program. i don't use it all the time but when i get breakouts it helps clear them up faster and prevent new ones. its very mild so you can use it all the time. my doctor recommended it to me too.
yes it works great! But you need to ask one of the ppl to know which stuff to use everyone is different
HI Girly :)
Hope this helps~
Clinique 3 step system was the best until DHC came along. DHC skincare products are from Japan, they use natural olive oil in alot of their products. The perfect little kit to get started with is this http://www.dhccare.com/dhc/productdetail鈥?/a>
it includes:
Deep Cleansing Oil, 1.3 fl. oz.
Mild Soap, 1 oz. Net wt.
Mild Lotion, 1.3 fl. oz.
Olive Virgin Oil, 0.23 fl. oz.
On the cheap to start you can make your own natural scrub
just blend a *little* sugar and a *little* olive oil together and
leave for 5 minutes than rinse with warm water, your
skin will be smooth for days. You can even add vanilla
or mint to it.
You can also use Witch Hazel as a natural toner with a
cotton ball and sweep over your face.
Sephora also has a nice Rose Scrub from Fresh, works good http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>
Then use a good light makeup to go with your skincare
the best makeup is mineral makeup, its natural
and blends right into your skin without being harmful.
My recommendation is start with a kit from Bare
Escentuals one that includes the bareVitamins - Skin
Rev-er Upper, use it before you apply, also found at
Sephora. The foundations last a long time and are
easy to match to skin and easy to apply.
Hope this helps~Congrats on the baby~

While pregnant it is advised to consult your doctor before using any type of medications for acne. Usually, most topical formulas are okay, but it's best to ask before you use anything. That said, when I was pregnant, I broke out horribly too! Unfortunately, it was the most stubborn acne ever! I used mostly natural products because I was so paranoid about harming the baby. The product that worked the best for me was Infinite Aloe. The best part is that this product also helps prevent/reduce stretch marks for the growing/stretching skin as well as the dry and itchyness!
Maybe you can try Biotherm for Acne problem range.
Well I'm not pregnant! But for my skin type (which is like combination...spots of oily and dry) The Clinique 3 step system works really well. The bar soap is great and they have an amazing exfoliator. Then the next step is a liquid to cleanse and treat the acne. The third step is the moisturizer (gel or cream) and i definitely recomment the gel. Another choice is pro-active solution...they have amazing results for anyone, any age, any race! I have only heard good things about the proactive. Good luck!
when i was breaking out all over my face my moms freind introduced me clinique 3 step system acne soultions worked great for my skin it felt clean and fresh and it worked they went away very quickley its alot cheaper then proactive and it works.
