Skin care and makeup help!!!!?

I have really really oily skin and lots of redness when I don't wear makeup. People say that if I stop wearing makeup then my skin will get less oily but that doesn't work. Is there any products I can use that will eventually control oil production and reduce redness. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks :)Skin care and makeup help!!!!?
i have the same problem, but i found a line called Cosmedicine and they have great products for oily skin. They have a medi-matte oil control moisturizer specifically to control your oil. When you feel the texture of it you will see why it controls your oil very well. It works great. They also have something called medi-matte tint. Its a tinted moisturizer. That just means it has a little foundation in there enough coverage to cover redness. and just every morning i wash with their oil control foam. Their stuff is great and i highly recommend them if you have oily skin.

you may try Make Up Forever's Matte Velvet +. If you've checked out the product reviews on it, it's perfect for people with oily skin since it's oil-free and water-proof liquid foundation. What's even greater about the product is that it offers medium coverage, it's buildable, and it leaves your skin a light, natural feeling and look. While using this product, a little is a lot. Now the price may be a little bit expensive, but you could always return it if you purchase it at Sephora. If you're really willing to cover your imperfections, then why not try Make Up Forever's Matte Velvet +? If you're not so crazy about the price, then you don't have to purchase it. Instead you may try Revlon's ColorStay鈩?Makeup with SoftFlex鈩?for Combination/Oily Skin. I believe it offers the same results as Make Up Forever's Matte Velvet + and MAC's liquid foundations. Hope this helps! Good luck.
just go to clean n clean ile of cvs. there is a moisturizer, powder, cleansing sheets, facial soap, etc. for alll types of skin issuess. dyness, oilyness, you name it

if it is a real problem you could check with a dermatologist.

I have pretty oily skin too!

What I have to do is avoid liquid foundation like it's the plaque.

Instead, try powder foundations. They will give you a more matte finish for a longer period of time. Keep your blotting pads with you though!

The foundation will even out your skin tone and help with oil control. Also to help keep oil at bay, try using a toner that is alcohol free!
Properly cleanse and moisturize your skin. This will take a while to find the right products.

You can use blot powder/papers, and be sure that you don't touch your face too much.
use a mattifiying primer underneath your makeup
