Many local photographers do these things,often as part of their wedding shots,looking at their adverts will help you to decide which.If you look in magazines like Amateur Photography the small ads at the back often feature pin up studios.Some are run by models,some by photographers.
Look in the yellow pages under boudoir photography. Or call some of the photographers listed and ask if they do boudoir photography.
