What are some techniques for makeup and hair that will be simaler to the Texas style look in Dallas Cowboys?

I like the matte look. I think it's glam but I need some help with the actual techniques. Are they fake eyelashes, that their weraing and do they have to roll their hair to get it that big? Most makeup will give you the matte look, but if you want to look like the Dallas Cheerleaders, you're going to have to put on a LOT of makeup, cause that's what they do (they have to, one layer of performance makeup for most shows is about as thick as the average shirt). They don't roll their hair, they tease it really high and set it with hairspray. I'd look up how to get it big like that cause I don't know. But yeah, the makeup is just matte foundation (which is most) with red lipstick and (yes) fake eyelashes. Hope this helps.
