How should i do my makeup and hair for a pool party than a movie?

I have a pool party and I know that there are waterproof makeup options out there but won't it clog your pores? Plus, how should i wear my hair and makeup in the pool? Also, after we swim we are going upstairs to watch a movie. How should i do my hair and makeup after we swim in a really short amount of time?

Thanks soo much! How should i do my makeup and hair for a pool party than a movie?
for the pool: put some leave in conditioner or mouse in your hair before you go into the pool. this will cut down on damage the chlorine water will do to your hair. as far as makeup in the pool just put on a couple of coats of waterproof mascara.

for the movie: rinse out your hair. put on a simple eyeshadow and lip gloss. How should i do my makeup and hair for a pool party than a movie?
Use a mineral makeup, definitely. Mineral Indulgence (mineralindulgence.com) has makeup for all shades and can create a custom shade for you if you request it (and send them an image of yourself). I suggest this makeup line because other mineral makeup lines, such as bareminerals, typically contain bismuth which DOES clog pores and can irritate your skin.

As for a hairstyle, deep waves are ideal for a pool party. Wavy hair is the one of the hottest summer hairstyles for 2008, so they are a must if you intend on looking your best for this party. After the swim your hair will probably be limp, and the waves will probably be subtle, I advice you to take a bit of gel and run your fingers through your hair to intensify the wet and wavy look of your hair. Hope you have fun at the party!
Because your going swimming first...which reeks havoc on hair....i would suggest putting it in a low pony or even a braid. That way while you swim it doesnt get all tangled and messed up. Once you head up to go watch the movie you can take down the pony or braid and shake out your hair a little. It wont need brushing and will look very natual and cute. Hope that helped :)
well, I'd not where much, just lip gloss, and mascara.

and, wear a ponytail for your hair. Fashionable, and simple

(also, you won't look like a try hard
